AMENITIES
The Village at CSB offers two housing options: Twin Homes, which are single family homes available for sale and Cottages With Services, which are clusters of eight cottages available for lease.
The Twin Homes contain the following amenities:
- Two bedrooms in each home. The second bedroom can alternately be used as an office or studio.
- Two full or one full and one half bath in each home (based on home size).
- Single level living with Universal Design to help residents stay in thier home longer and more independently.
- Numerous thoughtfully placed windows for natural light year round.
- High ceilings of 9+ feet throughout home.
- Low maintenance exterior with association management of grounds, including landscaping and snow removal.
- Landscaped greenway trail and sidewalks leading to college campus.
- Front porch and private outdoor back patio on each individual home.
- Energy Star kitchen appliances from Whirlpool.
- Granite bar top in kitchen.
- Hardwood, ceramic tile flooring with in-floor heat.
- Finished and insulated garage.
- Landscaping plan with each home.
- Sustainable and environmentally friendly building materials whenever possible.
- Private garden space for residents who wish to have and maintain a garden.
- Plumbing fixtures to include Delta Faucets, Gerber Sinks and Sterling Toilets which are manufactured by Kohler.
- Great Northern beautiful cedar overhead garage door with window, belt drive opener.
- Gracious cedar front door to match garage door. Constructed by Great Northern doors.

You may have special options or wishes for your new home and we will do our best to accommodate those desires.
We are proposing an affiliation agreement with the College of Saint Benedict. This agreement is planned to include: Alumnae rate access to most classes, the fitness center, swimming pool, and campus dining. Included is library, computer, performing and fine arts access.
The Cottages with Services contain the following amenities:
- 670 to 840 square foot cottages in eight-home cluster, each home with own front porch entrance and shared back entrance.
- On-site, in-home care staffed by premier, local service provider for a convenient and affordable shared-care arrangement of health services. Includes 2-hours of personalized, one-on-one care per day for 365 days a year and 24-hour on-site emergency care.
- These home will be for lease but will include many of the beautiful features of our sale homes such as your own private front entrance, garage, washer-drier, walk-in shower, in-floor heat and custom cabinets.
- One or two bedroom cottage, including all exterior and interior maintenance, interior common area maintenance, and most utilities (phone, cable, internet available but not included in this rate).
- GrandCare technology is built into each home to allow activities of daily living monitoring and facilitate three way communication between care provider, clients and family members.
